Having been trained by the UK’s leading reflexologists Ziggie Bergman and Louise Keet, Sarah learned from the best and has honed her skills to be able to deliver some of the most transcendent, relaxing and soothing treatments available. 

On paper she is a skilled and knowledgeable reflexologist, but Sarah’s real talent is her healing ability and her infectious calming energy. Each touch is made with the intention to heal and balance the whole body, not just the area that’s being worked.

Her clients describe her treatments as ‘magical’ and say that they leave feeling restored, balanced and deeply serene - most of them fall asleep during their sessions. 

Before her career in holistic therapy, Sarah was a lawyer, so she truly understands how it feels to be stressed, burnt out and overwhelmed. She takes this empathy and has created a whole experience that focusses on helping her clients achieve ultimate relaxation.
