ZONE FACE LIFT

The original psychospiritual treatment pioneered by Ziggie Bergman, who trained Sarah. Zone Face Lift crossed the line from a traditional facial to an intuitive energy healing session that aims to help release emotions that are held in the face and leave you feeling peaceful and rejuvenated. The treatment is kind, nurturing and is heavily influenced by shamanic rhythms - it’s like being rocked gently to sleep. Sarah uses skilled techniques such as facial gua sha, sculpting and lifting massage, as well as facial reflexology and facial cupping to help elevate your face to new levels, as well as your spirit. Sarah uses crystal facial tools that have their own healing properties and will offer you an optional ‘smudging’ with ancient herbs or woods to cleanse your energy. 

A course of 12 weekly treatments is recommended for best results, followed by approximately monthly maintenance sessions.

FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY

Sarah practices the Bergman Method of facial reflexology and was trained by one of the UK’s leading reflexologists, Ziggie Bergman. This treatment is one of the most relaxing and energetically healing treatments around. 

The treatment is a sensory journey, using different scents to ground and relax you, with sensations of warm and cool being rhythmically applied to the face. Sarah uses her intuitive touch and works over each area of the face with the intention to release imbalanced and negative energy. Her hands are pure magic. She also uses crystal gua sha tools to allow her clients to benefit from the healing properties of these ancient stones. 

As well as the energy healing benefits, facial reflexology is wonderful at helping with jaw tension (TMD), bells palsy, bruxism, migraines, stress, anxiety and headaches, not to mention that it can help with menopausal and fertility issues too. The treatment includes a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation and serums and moisturisers at the end.
